Birds

Birds are the masters of the land and water, and the champions of the sky. No other animals has a coat of feathers. There are more than 10,000 different kinds of birds across the world living in various habitats from wetlands, moorlands, coasts, forests and even citys. The largest of all is the Ostrich and the small of all is the bee hummingbird found only on Caribbean islands of Cuba.

A few brainy birds like crows actually use tools to find food, it's recorded that the New Caledonian crows can even bend twigs into hooks to get insect grubs from wood.
Ostrich are largest among the all bird family also the fastest animal on two legs, it can run at a speed of 70km/h or 43 mph, The second largest one of the bird family Emu. The smallest of all of the birds are the bee hummingbird that can be founded only on the Caribbean island of Cuba. The males, are actually smaller than the females, measuring an average of 5.5cm or 2 Inch long and only 1.9g. The fastest one among the bird family is the falcon reaching upto a high speed of 320 km/h or 190 mph also it is the fastest living animal.

In 1956, a five year old albatross called as Wisdom was ringed so that her movements could be tracked. but even after 61 years She was still alive at 2017and aged 66.
